Cinnamomum Camphora (Ho Wood). Grown and cold pressed in China. This is one of my most favourite oils. The aroma is very subtle and grounding, having a direct effect on stress and anxiety. It promotes feelings of calm and relaxation.
Aniba Rosaeodora (Rosewood). Grown and steam distilled in Peru. This oil has been sourced ethically and comes with a Cites Certificate to prove authenticity. One of my most favoured oils. It provides the skin with a protective barrier as well as being a powerful antiseptic. Holistically, this oil pacifies the mind and brings about feelings of confidence.
Cedrus Atlantica (Cedarwood). Organically grown and steam distilled in Morocco. This oil has amazing affects on the muscles and one I use regularly in my Massage practice. Being anti-arthritic and anti-rheumatic, this oil can ease away pain and inflammation. The scent alone can induce the production of serotonin which is great for regulating mood.
